What's your turnaround time?+
Standard orders are printed within 3 working days and sent free by tracked delivery. If you need it sooner, Express (2 working days, order by 4pm) and Express Plus (next working day, order by 1pm) are offered at checkout.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), InDesign, and high-resolution PNG or JPG (300dpi minimum). PDF is preferred for best results.
What if my artwork has issues?+
Every file is checked the moment you upload it — page size against the size you ordered, resolution at that size, and bleed. Anything that would print poorly is flagged on screen before you pay, and our studio looks again before it goes to press. Nothing blocks your order: we tell you what we have found and let you decide.
Do you offer design services?+
Yes. If you don't have artwork ready, our Design Studio walks you through creating from scratch.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
Contact us as soon as you can, quoting your order reference. We can refund in full right up until your file goes to press. Once printing has begun a personalised order cannot be refunded.
