Foreverprint is a luxury wedding stationery business operating in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website. You can contact us at hello@foreverprint.com.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect details of your order, including any artwork files you upload and wording preferences you provide.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your card details at any point.
We use your information solely to process and fulfil your order — including sending digital proofs, managing revisions, printing your invitations, and arranging delivery. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (for example, passing your delivery address to our courier).
We retain your order information for 7 years in line with UK tax and accounting obligations. Artwork files are retained for 90 days after your order is fulfilled, after which they are permanently deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), to request restriction of processing, and to data portability. If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
