foreverprint is a luxury wedding stationery business operating in the United Kingdom, and is a trading name of Natch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09493377, whose registered office is at Regina House, 124 Finchley Road, London NW3 5JS. Natch Limited is the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website. You can contact us at hello@foreverprint.com or by post at the address above.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect details of your order, including any artwork files you upload and wording preferences you provide.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your card details at any point.
If you use the help assistant on our website, we keep a record of the messages you send and the replies you receive, so that we can check it is working and improve the answers it gives. Please do not enter payment details or other sensitive information into it.
We use your information solely to process and fulfil your order — including checking and preparing your artwork for print, printing your order, and arranging delivery. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (for example, passing your delivery address to our courier).
We retain your order information for 7 years in line with UK tax and accounting obligations. Artwork files are retained for 90 days after your order is fulfilled, after which they are permanently deleted.
Some cookies are necessary for the site to work — they remember what is in your basket and keep your session secure. These are always on, because without them you could not place an order.
Everything else we ask you about first. If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand which parts of the site people find useful, and Google Ads measurement to know when an advert we have paid for led to an order. That includes storing a click identifier from the advert you arrived through, so we can connect your order back to it. We share a hashed — that is, scrambled and not readable — version of your email address with Google for the same purpose.
If you say no, none of that happens. No analytics or advertising cookies are set, no click identifier is stored, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google. The site behaves exactly the same and you can order as normal.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of any page. We ask again every six months in any case.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), to request restriction of processing, and to data portability. If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
